DVD enabled WDTV firmware
Another mod with optical media support
These are remixes of the official firmwares. I have installed cd-manager, which I wrote for Zoranders ext3-boot. This enables external dvd drive functionality. I have also enabled mounting of ext2/ext3/xfs/reiser partitions if they are connected at boot time. There are some limitations, so read before you jump in.
This is a permanent flash, flash at your own risk. You can however flash back to whatever you desire, using the common way to downgrade.

Current issues
- Media Library must be used
- wdtv must be booted with the cdrom/ext2/ext3/xfs/reiser drives connected, for them to work
- You must have a recognized drive/flashdisk inserted, otherwise you will see 'no storage present'

issues
- wdtv must be booted with the cdrom connected, for it to work
- You must have a recognized drive/flashdisk inserted, otherwise you will see 'no storage present'
- Will boot with FAT32 or HFS (maybe) in the side (USB1) slot and NTFS in the back (USB2) slot
- Currently crashes if the only drive/flashdisk is NTFS, if a cdrom is connected at boot
- Crashes if you eject the usb slot which the dvd drive appears under if there is a disc in
